Network Providers & Policy Numbers
All insurance carriers and providers require your individual Member Identification Number to check your eligibility. Your Member ID number can be located on the My Health tab of the Student Portal. Log in to the Student Portal to retrieve it.
On the UC SHIP website, you can find details and important information about your plan as well as contact information and network providers.
