Dates of Coverage
Summer Coverage: If you have graduated in the winter or spring quarter of 2012 and you paid the Student Health fee as part of your registration during three of the four quarters (summer 2011 through spring 2012), your health coverage extends through summer quarter. Review the dates below to see when your health insurance ends (termination date). Students are eligible to extend their insurance for one-quarter post expiration by applying for the Insurance Continuation plan.
Coverage for those enrolled in the UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP) will begin at 12:01 a.m. on the effective date of the applicable policy term listed below.
Graduate Division Students
