Question of the week:
I get headaches in the afternoon – nearly everyday. They’re minor, but persistent, what might it be?
Answer:
• Headaches could be caused by a number of factors – from what you’ve eaten that day to a more complicated issue. It’s best to schedule an appointment with a Student Health physician or nurse practitioner and get a full assessment. Call 415-476-1281. Until your appointment, you are welcome to speak to an advice nurse by calling 415-476-1281 option 2. You may also want to keep hydrated and take the appropriate dose of over-the-counter Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen.
