All UCSF students have immunization requirements. New students will receive a secure message via myhealthrecord.ucsf.edu with the pre-entrance health requirements and instructions on how to submit information. You will receive notification that a secure message has been to your UCSF.edu email address with a link to myhealthrecord.ucsf.edu. Please wait until you receive the email before proceeding as requirements can change and some health requirements need to be within 3 months of your program start date which can vary by program.
Professional students have more extensive requirements based on the fact that they have patient care responsibilities.
