Medically necessary chest x-ray, lab tests, titers are covered by the SHCS insurance plan. Patients who elect to have these services must pay a fee for these services. Consult with a healthcare provider to obtain requisitions and costs.
Pharmacy students going on rotation: Cost for chest x-ray, titers requested by facility to which you are going on rotation are not covered by SHCS insurance plan. Fee-for-service costs apply once referred.
