After-hours Consult Line

Lyra Health

The Lyra/UC SHIP agreement is ending on July 31, 2024. If you are currently seeking care through a Lyra provider and need support in transitioning care, please send a secure message via the MyHealthRecord portal to the Insurance/Referral Coordinator or the MH Case Management.

Enrollees are eligible to receive short-term counseling at Student Mental Health and Wellbeing (SMHW) each academic year at no charge.

For long-term counseling, enrollees can choose an in-network or out-of-network provider. Please contact SMHW with your provider’s information so a referral can be sent to Anthem for future claims processing.
