UCSF Student Health & Counseling (SHCS) uses a patient portal called MyHealthRecord.ucsf.edu, which allows students and SHCS to exchange secure messages. To access the secure message system, students log in to MyHealthRecord.ucsf.edu with their MyAccess ID (the UCSF universal log-in ID) which provides authentication to the system. The portal will also ask for DOB verification.
Effective June 1, primary care for students insured with UC SHIP will be provided through UCSF Health. Before this date, you need to call (415) 476.1281, option 1, to establish care and schedule with a UCSF Health primary care provider.
